The Jungle Bird is inspired by the 1970’s bitter sweet symphony of Campari and Dark Rum created at the Aviary bar in Kuala Lumpar, recreated with modern flair. We’ve used dehydrated fruits as garnish, and subbed out the lime for lemon juice as lime in Indonesia is extremely bitter! Serve just before dinner
