Tahini Roasted Carrots

with pomegranate
Method

Serves 4

Pre-heat oven to 190 Degrees Celcius.

Toss the carrots with the oil and the cumin seeds. Lay the carrots out on a non-stick baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.

Take the carrots out and drizzle with tahini and sesame oil when hot.

Sprinkle the coriander and pomegranate seeds over the top and serve immediately.
