Tagliatelle with Braised Broccoli, Capers & Baked Ricotta

Method
Serves 4

Clean the broccoli and boil for 5 minutes. Strain and refresh in iced water to maintain colour.

Lightly bronze the garlic and chilli in olive oil, add the broccoli, capers and vegetable stock and cook for 15 minutes until the sauce is combined.

TO SERVE

Cook the tagliatelle and strain into the pan with the sauce. Add some parmesan and serve with fresh or baked rico a sprinkled on top.
