Seared Scallop Spoons


Serves 2-4



Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.


Toss the scallops in salt and allow to rest on a paper towel-lined
plate for 15 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over high heat and sear scallops in oil for about
1 minute or until they turn a deep golden colour.

To Serve

Remove scallops from the pan and place one in each serving spoon.
Top with sauce and garnish with chilli, sea grapes and tobiko.
