Scrambled Eggs with Yung Kee Supreme XO Sauce

Method
Serves 4

Put 6 eggs into a large mixing bowl and beat well. Add XO sauce and green onion into eggs and mix well.

To Serve

Heat up the wok, add oil. Pour egg mixture into wok while oil is just warm. Stir-fry gently.

Place the scrambled eggs on a serving plate. Add desired amount of chillies on top.

Serve immediately.
