Roast Lamb

with mint and rosemary

Serves 4

Pre-heat oven to 180 Degrees Celcius.


Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Cover the lamb with the marinade and set aside for 10 minutes to allow it to absorb.

Place the lamb, covered in marinade, on a baking dish and cook for 30-40 minutes.

Remove from the oven and set aside, covered in alfoil for 15 minutes.

To Serve

Serve with sprigs of fresh rosemary and mint scattered on top.
