Red Gin Relish

Makes 1 x 500ml jar

Cook oil, garlic and onion on stove on medium heat for 5 minutes, ensuring it doesn’t colour. Add all the spices and toast for 2 minutes.

Add passata, sugar, worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Cook for 20 minutes on a low heat and check for consistency.

Add 20ml The Grove Organic Gin and cook for 3 minutes and then blitz in food processor.

To Serve

This is best served 24 hours after preparation
