Juniper and Tea

Method

Pour all ingredients into a Boston shaker.

Add ice until the shaker is ¾ full. Place the top of the Boston shaker and shake for 20–30 seconds or until the outside of the shaker is frosted with condensation.

Double strain into a teacup.

Take the lemon peel and twist it over the cup to release aromatic oils into the cocktail.


Chef’s Tip: You can make larger batches and serve in a teapot so that guests can pour themselves a cup.
