Gluten Free Chocolate and Raspberry Brownie

Method

Place butter, milk and chocolate in a saucepan on low heat, and stir until melted. Once melted, add sugar, almond meal, flour and eggs. Stir until smooth.
Line slice tray with baking paper and pour in brownie mixture. Scatter with fresh raspberries and chopped chocolate pieces. Put in oven and bake at 150C until just firm. Once cooled, slice brownies into desired serving sizes and serve on a plate with raspberries, a garnish of strawberries and a scoop of ice cream.
