Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake.

Single strain and pour into a glass of your choice.

Garnish with dehydrated orange.


Chef’s tip: The Duck La Orange is our most innovative cocktail from our recently launched Autumn menu. Aptly coined ‘Duck La Orange’, the whisky is washed with duck fat. This unique process involves freezing the whisky and once frozen, the fat emulsifies and is able to be scraped off the top. Through this process, the taste of the liquor is intensified.
