Combine salt, pepper and cornstarch in a large bowl. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat, then leave to rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator (between 0°C and 4°C). Meanwhile, mix the melted butter with Frank’s Original Buffalo Sauce.

Deep fry the chicken wings in oil for 8 minutes at 180°C, or until the skin is golden brown.

Coat the fried chicken wings with the buffalo sauce and butter mixture.

Serve with ranch or blue cheese sauce as you prefer. Enjoy!
