Bacon Cheese Burger

Method
Serves 4

Caramelised Onions

Melt butter, add onions and sauté. Season with salt and extra virgin olive oil and vinegar, stir and sauté until caramelised and onions have a jam-like texture.

 

To Serve

Place burger patties on a grill and cook to your liking.
Slice each bun in half and lightly toast. Assemble the burger with the patty, then cheese, bacon and caramelised onion. Season and serve.


Chef’s Tip: We use our secret beef patty recipe, but you can use any burger.
