Method

Serves 6

COCOA NIB AND COFFEE HONEY GRANOLA
Place the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond flakes, honey and oil into a bowl and mix well.
Spread onto a baking sheet and bake until golden, stirring every 5-10 minutes.
Once golden, take out of the oven and stir in the remaining ingredients. Allow to cool, stirring every 10 minutes. Set aside.

NUT MILK
Blend together all ingredients for one minute. Store in the fridge until ready to use.

TO SERVE
Blend the frozen fruit and nut milk in a blender until thick. Dish up into 6 separate bowls and sprinkle a generous handful of granola on top of each one. Garnish with half a chopped banana for each serving, a handful of fresh berries, and finish with a drizzle of honey.
