Flour Eggs Water owner-chef, Eugenio Maiale, has once again rolled up his sleeves to deliver the good people of Sydney another Flour, Eggs, Water pasta bar which mimmicks the philosophy behind his Tramsheds’ Harold Park restaurant – ‘rethink pasta. get back to basics. eat seasonally.’

This is the fourth offering from A Tavola, and once again, Eugenio is doing exactly what he does best, sourcing artisanal produce in order to create simple, seasonal dishes. Those who have already dined at the Tramsheds’ venue will agree that this man has quite the skill for fresh homemade pasta.
