Eat Fit Food takes the guesswork out of a healthy lifestyle, offering fresh, healthy, calorie-conscious meals that are designed to meet nutritional needs while also satisfying even the fussiest of eaters.
The boutique food delivery service provides delicious meals that are jam-packed with natural produce, designed to complement your journey to better health.
There’s no fuss when it comes to Eat Fit Food, with tasty meals delivered straight to your home or office. Founder and owner, Bianca Monley started the business in 2002 when she was just 22 years old. Working in the fitness industry, she grew frustrated at what everyday Aussies perceived as ‘healthy food’ and the poor fuel they were feeding their bodies. She knew that healthy eating could be enjoyable and Bianca’s own passion for food and fitness is now shared with the country.
Bianca designs all of the meals in conjunction with Eat Fit Food’s in-house dietitian and nutritionist and her team of professional chefs. A portion of produce is grown at its own Eat Fit Farm, so they know that each meal is free from preservatives, additives and re ned sugar. All meat and fish is also locally farmed and ethically sourced.
Eat Fit Food also offers tailored programs designed to promote optimal health. You can ‘Transform Your Life with Food’; try eating ‘Clean and Lean’; devote some time to ‘Healthy Eating’ or if you’ve been feeling a little under the weather, complete a ‘Cleanse’. Each is designed to support your health journey, teaching you how to adopt the best eating habits as well as breaking the bad ones.
‘Each program offers a diverse menu full of mouth-watering flavours, so you will never get bored of eating the same thing.’
