The warm and welcoming interior is highlighted with distressed wood walls, cushions and big front windows allowing the open space to be filled with light.
The passionate chefs have created a menu to satisfy your eyes and your tummy, with an array of dishes made to suit dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerant and celiac. The chefs cook with the seasons to ensure you are served the freshest produce available, with a focus on organic and biodynamic ingredients.
The tea-smoked salmon is smoked in-house to give it an authentically smokey flavour unique to Bloom at Mosman. Try this with two poached eggs, avocado, pickled radish and wilted kale – your tastebuds and body will thank you. Couple your breakfast with a Campos coffee and sit back while the friendly staff take care of you.
For lunch, the baked eggplant with harissa peppers, quinoa, cherry tomatoes, labneh and hazelnut butter is a stand out. While the coconut poached chicken salad with apple, toasted walnut, avocado, ranch dressing and soft-boiled egg provides a well balanced meal to help you refuel for the day.
