With premium ingredients thoughtfully sourced from the US, Italy, Japan and Australia, the ingredient-driven food menu at Tanjong Beach Club makes it one of the best spots in Singapore for a luxurious beach club dining experience. An exciting selection of starters includes the Wagyu Beef Carpaccio sourced from Ranger’s Valley in Australia with pine nuts, basil cress, jicama and kaffir aioli, to the Hokkaido Scallop Ceviche from Japan with burnt corn, coriander cress and topped with Nikkei tiger’s milk.
Tanjong Beach Club’s menu also features a few modern Asian-inspired dishes for those craving for flavours around the region. Try the Tuna Cracker, a refreshing beach snack which comes with crispy wonton skins, yellowfin tuna and a spiced soy dressing, and the Miso Baked Hamachi Collar, served with chilled bok choy, shimeji mushrooms and ponzu sauce.
Crowd favourites include the Smashed Avo Toast, Eggs Benedict and Açai Bowl, with new signature highlights such as the simple-yet-wholesome Grain Salad with Octopus and the delectable Buttermilk Pancakes with Apple Compote and Whipped Mascarpone.
No meal is complete without a sweet ending. The decadent Banana Phyllo with Ice Cream is a combination of banana compote, Greek kataifi pastry and cream cheese, and the Tropical Chocolate Popsicle is a refreshing medley of passion fruit, pineapple, Jivara chocolate ice cream on an oatmeal crumble base, perfect all-year round at this summer playground.

The refreshed cocktail list has the perfect selection of tropical summer concoctions featuring tropical fruits and flavours from the region that promise to surprise and delight. Must-haves include the Malayan Mai Tai, a local spin on the classic drink with house-infused rum and a secret blend of pandan and tropical flavours for an irresistible aromatic finish.
