Artisans of Barossa is a one-stop shop, offering visitors to the picturesque Barossa Valley a chance to sample wines from seven different wineries while also dining on delicious treats courtesy of its in-house eatery, Harvest Kitchen.
Harvest Kitchen, a communal eatery focusses on shared dishes that showcase the best of local produce. Tracy Collins works closely with the community of Barossa food producers, including Hutton Vale Lamb, Barossa Cheese Co, Scullery Made Teas and Saskia Beer Chicken, to produce a seasonal menu full of fresh flavours and diverse dishes.
Nibble on house-made kombucha pickles, before dipping into organic hummus with spiced chickpeas and flatbread. If you’ve worked up an appetite during your tasting, try the tea-cured salmon with sorrel mayonnaise or the Hutton Vale Lamb Pide with yoghurt, fresh herb salad and pomegranate molasses. Finish with a salted caramel and toffee popcorn sundae or dark chocolate and coffee mousse with cocoa crumb and espresso syrup.
